We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and support procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions

Requirements:

  • B2 or higher level German
  • B2 level or higher English
  • Must be currently based in South Africa
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
