Job Overview:
We are hiring Danish Speaking Customer Support Representatives for projects across multiple EU countries. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide professional and high-quality customer support
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

    Requirements:
  • Danish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • EU citizenship is mandatory
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • No previous customer support experience required
  • Highschool diploma or higher
