About the Role

We are currently looking for German-speaking Quality Expert Reviewers to join a fast-growing operations team in Dublin city centre. In this role, you will be responsible for quality reviewing sensitive and high-risk content, ensuring that internal policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently applied.

This is a fully onsite position with no work-from-home option.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, your duties will include:

  • Performing quality reviews of content moderation workflows handled by global operations teams

  • Reviewing and assessing content related to:

    • Violence and credible threats

    • Self-harm and suicide

    • Fraud, theft, vandalism, impersonation, and privacy violations

    • Hate speech, bullying, harassment

    • Phishing, spam, malware

    • Child exploitation

    • Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation

  • Conducting ID verification and authenticity/access flow reviews

  • Managing escalations and complex edge-case scenarios

  • Supporting high-risk workflows, including:

    • HERO (viral and meme-based content)

    • DOI (Dangerous Organizations)

  • Applying policies with high cultural and regional awareness, ensuring nuanced and accurate decisions aligned with abuse standards and training materials

  • Maintaining high quality, accuracy, and compliance across all reviews

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Proven previous experience as a Content Moderator (mandatory – must be evidenced)

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • High emotional intelligence and resilience when handling sensitive content

  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment

  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence

Work Schedule & Training

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week

  • Shifts: Fully flexible, Monday to Sunday between 08:00 – 19:00

  • Training: 4 weeks, fully onsite in Dublin

  • Important: No holidays or time-off requests allowed during the first 8 weeks (training period)

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual salary: €37,333
