️ Work Model:

• Remote work available only for candidates already based in Athens, Greece.

• For candidates relocating from abroad, work is onsite (office-based) in Athens with full relocation support provided.

What Youll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

• Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with your team to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

⭐ What Youll Bring:

• Fluency in Czech, Croatian, German, Dutch, or French.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

• 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
